Chris first qualified as a Prosthetist in New Zealand in 1988 after a six-year technical and clinical sandwich course provided by the Central Institute of Technology near Wellington.
On his return to the UK in 1990, he discovered that his qualifications and experience were not deemed sufficient to work in the UK.
Pursuing his goal of working within the NHS and seizing the opportunity to retrain, Chris threw himself into the course offered at the time by the London School of Prosthetics and the City of Westminster College. Finally qualifying as a clinical Prosthetist for the second time in 1993.
Since then he has dedicated himself to providing the best service by ensuring best practice and successful outcome for NHS patients throughout the UK.
After 26 years as a Prosthetist and service/contract manager within the NHS, Chris brings a depth of experience into the private sector where he combines his skill and dedication with the added space and time which enables him to attend to each client's very specific requirements.
